Another Win to Finish The Season!

With another season just around the corner, our final game was a chance to finish this season strong. We played the Blue Team, which consists of mostly female players, and won 6-2! I tallied another assist, but again no goals. I felt great during the game and felt as if it was one of the best that I have played. It feels great to get another win, but it feels better to get started with a new season. I am entering my second year playing and I am even more addicted then when I first started. I encourage everyone to come down and watch on Thursdays; free admission for all. It's a great sport and a great workout. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

  1. I'm glad you had a good game, I have been to a couple of games, but never really understood it, maybe I can gain some understanding by following your blog.

    1. The basis is pretty simple. Try to get the puck past a huge padded goalie. Most goals wins. The rest of it is not so simple. The actual scoring is pretty tough. I like that idea you had about learning the sport from my blog. I will have to add some posts that talk about what hockey is and some basic rules. Thanks for the idea. It is a great sport and understanding makes it even better. If you have any questions, please post them and I can adds some posts that may help clear them up.

  2. Sounds like you really had a lot of fun! Last year we watch almost the whole season of Las Vegas wranglers.
Is the game venue on Sobe or Las Vegas Ice Arena? or somewhere else lol I haven't been to those arenas in long time :)

    1. We play at the Las Vegas Ice Center. It is a great workout and a challenging game to play but I have fallen in love with it. I look forward to playing every week and honestly do not see myself ever quitting the sport.

The Wranglers are a great team. They are having a great year this year. I have only been to one game this year but have been able to watch them on television, which is great alternative. I am hoping that they can do well in the playoffs!
